MARGIT MUSIC is Lotta Wenglén’s Record Company under which she releases her own recordings as well as her side projects. It’s is also a recording studio located in Lottas house in Böste, southern Sweden. Here she produces her own work as well as assignments from outside.

She started the company in the year 2001. Her grandmother was namned Margit and she taught Lotta how to play the harmonica and got her interested in playing music. Therefore it was easy to pick a name for the label.
Lotta wanted to be able to release her friends music and at one point she had 15 lovely artists at the label. Nowadays Margit Music only releases Lottas solo project and in her different band constellations (Blind Lake, WATERBODY).

Our Studio Equipment
All recordings are made on hard drive through Interface RME Firewire 800 and Protools 12. We have some great microphones and analog stuff that can come in handy such as UA compressor.
